Heart Circle

CMG-BA presents a sharing Heart Circle for Bay Area men

 What is a Heart Circle?

In a Heart Circle, we create a safe & supportive space to share any feelings that we may be feeling in the moment, from confusion or sadness to heartfelt joy and appreciation.

We take turns speaking from the heart by passing around a talisman, agreeing that only the person with the talisman is to speak.

Honoring each other is a core value at a Heart Circle.

Joe W. will be our facilitator.3 Hearts

Join the company of warm & wonderful CMG men at the next Heart Circle, which will be held in the Gazebo overlooking the City -- bring a friend or two!

No need to RSVP. Just show up!

Question: just hit REPLY and the and committee will answer any questions.

CPMC Gazebo Room isn't what you'd normally think of as a gazebo.  It's a place of healing and spirit flowing used by some local groups.  It's a big 40'x40' room with windows the full east & west sides.  There's concrete walk around & benches on three sides. Inside, there are plenty of upholstered/stuffed chairs & couches, a grand area rug and a few tables.  At night, San Francisco is beautifully laid out before us to the east, sparkling and majestic.

All CMG events are drug free.  This evening will also be alcohol free.
Sponsored by the CMG-Bay Area Local Events Committee.  All men, local or visiting, are welcome.

To see all events we have going on in the near future, visit the Local Events Page on our site.

Feel free to bring snack or non-alcoholic beverages you would like to share with the men.

If CMG is new to you, one of our local events is a great way to find out about the California Men's Gatherings and the many wonderful men who get involved. Since 1978, CMG has been a place where all men -- gay, bi, trans, and straight, from 18-80+ can find a different way to connect. While attendees of CMG events and retreats are predominately gay and bisexual, all men 18 years or older are welcome. Local Events Page
