CMG-Desert Cities Presents Naked Yoga for Men, SPRING 2016 Series
Rod Hagan began practicing yoga over 14 years ago. He says, "It has truly been a life-changing experience for me. Almost 25 years ago, I fractured my back in several places and broke the tip of my spine. For the next 10 years, I was in and out of physical therapy on a regular basis and it was always the same problem: incredible pain and inflexibility. I started yoga on the advice of a Physical Therapist and I have not been back in PT since!"
"It's not only the physical aspect of yoga that has been so beneficial to me. Yoga has taught me how to breathe, which helps me center myself spiritually, focus my mind and reconnect with my body as I go about my every-day living."
These non-sexual classes promote a safe, sex-positive environment for men who enjoy social and recreational activities in the nude. At the beginning of each class, I will elaborate a bit more i.e. No one need feel shame for becoming aroused and erotic energy is encouraged. But this classes are non sexual.
In addition to naked yoga, Rod also teaches "Yoga 101" at a local gym.
Guidelines:
1 - This is a mixed-level class. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
2 - Bring a yoga mat if you have one. (We have a limited number of mats to loan for class, if needed.)
3 - Suggested items: a towel and drinking water
4 - Showered
5 - NO COLOGNE or scented deodorant
6 - Please be on time. Try to arrive about 15 minutes early. We will lock the gate at 6:00 PM and YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET IN.
7 - Buy the entire series for $60 (Just $10 oer class) OR purchase individual class for $15 ~ ** Cash and Checks only, please. **
8 - Bring an open heart.
