By popular demand —Naked Yoga for Men returns to Palm Springs! In the Hatha yoga style, uniting body, mind and spirit, these classes are for men who enjoy social and recreational activities such as yoga, nude. Bringing together the yoga styles of Hot Nude Yoga, ‘freedom yoga,’ and ashtanga flow, classes are designed to connect you with your breath, body and community. Although classes are non-sexual, the yoga practice promotes a safe, erotic energy-positive environment. Come to the class showered with proper hygiene. Please do not come to the class if you are ill with a cold, flu, or other similarly contagious illness.
From Denny, our instructor Yoga, for me, is both fun and a life-changing journey. I began practicing yoga more than 17 years ago, while living in the SF Bay area, to relieve stress from my corporate work. I soon realized the best stress relief was to leave the corporate world, so I moved to Palm Springs 14 years ago and trained as a massage therapist. I began my yoga teacher training in Costa Rica with Aaron Star, founder of Hot Nude Yoga, in February, 2010. I continue to learn and grow through expert teachers and students across the country and travels around the world. Since 2010 I have been teaching weekly classes at Naked Yoga West LA. I now divide my time between LA and PS. I am passionate about sharing yoga with men. The energy created through yoga can be very powerful. Although classes are non-sexual, being aroused is a healthy, normal reaction and is nothing to be ashamed or feel guilty about. Erotic energy is part of ourselves and is appreciated and nurtured in our yoga practices. |

Since 1978, CMG has been a place where all men -- gay, bi, trans, and straight, from 18-80+ can find a different way to connect. While attendees of CMG events and retreats are predominately gay and bisexual, all men 18 years or older are welcome.
