| Event Cost: | $5.00 at the door if coming for just game night. Game time is free for all who attend the planning meeting. Light snacks may be provided; feel free to bring something to share if you like! Bring your own non-alcoholic beverage; water available on site. |

1) Planners Meeting: All are welcome! We'll look back at the last few events since we last met, recap, and discuss intentions for the next few months. Easy-peasy. Come along! Details about the election below.
2) THEN GAME NIGHT! We'll bring a few options and see what jazzes folks. Parking in North Park could potentially involve a little walking, so account for that.
WHAT TO BRING: Nothing is necessary, but if you'd like to bring snacks, everyone seems to like that!

| Election: | ABOUT THE ELECTION: Every year, in February or March, we elect a new year's service on our five-man steering committee. In an effort to make this move quickly, please reply to this note (including your name, email and phone) if you are interested in running for steering committee for 2017-2018. Self-nominations will close at 8pm on Tuesday March 13, 2018. If no new applicants come in, we are please to say that four of our current team of five are willing to serve again for another year and one has already self-nominated.
That said, we love and need involvement, ideas, and day-event leaders; one need not be on committee to help make events happen! Come get involved regardless! If we have more than five candidates, elections will be held at the upcoming meeting. If we only have five nominees again, the election will be done as a slate. CMG-San Diego welcomes additional support for planning and carrying out the events we offer.
We also very much need additional homes where events could be held.
You need not join the committee to host or work on an event!

Since 1978, CMG has been a place where all men -- gay, bi, trans, and straight, from 18-80+ can find a different way to connect.
