Are you ready to read more good book, engage in lively discussion and build community with other gay men? Join us for the launch of a CMG Book Club. After this kickoff meeting where we choose a suitable book and develop norms for our group, the group will be closed to new members to enable us to better get acquainted. Depending on the length, we’ll plan to read a new book every 1-2 months and meet approximately every three weeks. Facilitation of the discussion will rotate among members of the group. The books may be a combination of fiction/non-fiction based on the group consensus.
Kevin Nourse will be hosting and facilitating the kick-off of The CMG Book Club. |

If CMG is new to you, a local event like the one above is a great way to find out about the California Men's Gatherings and the many wonderful men who get involved. Since 1978, CMG has been a place where all men -- gay, bi, trans, and straight, from 18-80+ can find a different way to connect. While attendees of CMG events and retreats are predominately gay and bisexual, all men 18 years or older are welcome.
